SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped via SURFACE unless otherwise stated or promised.
If the shipping charges allow, the order MAY be shipped via AIRMAIL this decision is made at our discretion.

Canada Post Delivery Times:
North American SURFACE shipments generally take 10 to 14 business days.
North American AIRMAIL shipments generally take 7 to 10 business days.
International orders take 14 to 21 business days depending on distance and service selected.
These times are estimates provided by Canada Post.

BestSingleSpeedBike.com makes every attempt to ensure inventory accuracy and to ship within 24 (business) hours of order placement. In the event that the order is delayed you will be notified by email.

Note: As a service to the majority of our customers freight rates for our products is very LOW. Shipping is NOT a profit center nor is it a charity. If you would like to request a specific service, in particular, a faster service email us for a quote.

ORDER STATUS:

PENDING
Order status is Recieved once the check out process is completed.
PROCESSING
Order status will be changed to Processing once payment has been confirmed and a pick list has been issued. A credit card authorization number and planned ship date will be provided with this status change.
SHIPPED
Order status will be changed to Shipped once the items have been delivered to the post office or picked up by courier. A tracking number will be provided if or when available.

RETURNS:

Sometimes things happen, a return may be necessary.
You MUST contact BestSingleSpeedBike.com with a request to return a product PRIOR to shipping it back.
Once approval is authorized please package the item(s) as if they were being shipped - damage that occurs during the return will be at the shippers expense.
Ship ONLY via USPS or Canada Post NOT courier.
All items returned COLLECT will be declined.
All items returned via UPS with brokerage and or duty COLLECT will be declined.
